უკრაინიდან, იქ სადაც ომია გაჩაღებული, ადგილზე მყოფი სამოქალაქო პირები, ბლოგერები, სამხედროები თუ სხვა ჯგუფები სოციალური ქსელებით პირდაპირ ტრანსლირებას ახდენენ, რა აფეთქდა „ამ წუთებში,“ რას მოხვდა ჭურვი, რა დაინგრა, რა გადარჩა და რამდენით ასცდა საავადმყოფოს თუ სხვა ობიექტს; სად აფარებენ თავს გადარჩენილები და ასე შემდეგ. ეს არის იმ სახის ინფორმაცია, რომლის ტრანსლირება ნიშნავს ოკუპანტი რუსეთის მხარეს დგომას. დიახ, არავის გაგიკვირდეთ, რომ რუსეთის სპეციალური ჯგუფები სწორედ ამგვარ მასალებზე ნადირობენ და როცა პირდაპირ ვეუბნებით, რომ სამიზნეს ამდენით ასცდა ჭურვი თუ ბომბი, მოემზადეთ, რომ შემდეგ ჯერზე არ ასცდება! – ეს ერთი!
მეორე – წარმოუდგენელია და ელემენტარულია, რომ არ შეიძლება, ომიდან, ომში ჩართული (თუ ომში მიმავალი) პირების პირდაპირი ტრანსლირება სახის დაფარვის გარეშე. მებრძოლები კი პირდაპირ ეთერში ტრანსლირებენ ყოველგვარი დაფარვის გარეშე, არც სახეს მალავენ, არც გვარ-სახელს და უფრო მეტიც, თამამად აცხადებენ სად იმყოფებიან და ირგვლივ პერიმეტრსაც აჩვენებენ!
არაფერს ვამბობ მედიის სტანდარტებზე, რომელზეც გუშინ დავწერე და აქაც გავიმეორებ:
ელემენტარულია!
პირდაპირ ეთერში არ უნდა იჯდეს და ომს არ უნდა აშუქებდეს „ჟურნალისტი“ რომელსაც ელემენტარული მომზადება არ აქვს გავლილი როგორ შუქდება ომი.
კატეგორიულად ამაზრზენია კითხვები:
• „სად იმყოფებით ახლა, დამიკონკრეტეთ… “
• „რომელ ქალაქში ჩადიხართ“…
• „რა შეიარაღება გაქვთ“…
• „კიდევ ვინ არის თქვენთან ერთად“…
• „რა გეგმა გაქვთ“…..
• „რა ხდება თქვენს ირგვლივ“…
• „რა ჩანს ფანჯრიდან“…
და კიდევ ბევრი სხვა!
შევეცადე, ადამიანური ენით ამეხსნა, რომ ეს, მინიმუმ მტრის სამსახურს ნიშნავს!

From Ukraine, where the war is swollen, local civil bodies, bloggers, military officers and other groups have live broadcasting, via the social net, if what has been blown up “just now”, what is hit by the shell, what has been destroyed, or rescued and what was the extent or distance of a failure in hitting of a targeted hospital, or other site. They indicate the places of shelters and other focal information. It is a kind of information broadcasting of which means assisting to the Russian occupants. Indeed, you should not wonder that Russian special groups chase for such materials and when you report directly that shells had fallen short, get ready they will reach their target later in no case! It is the first rule.
Secondly – it is elementary that direct broadcasting of the bodies involved into the war without covering of their faces from the war is scarcely credible. They do not cover their faces, their names and surnames and on top of all, they proudly declare about their location and demonstrate the adjacent perimeter.
I say nothing about media standards which were written by me yesterday, and I would like to repeat them here as well.
It is elementary!
Live broadcasting should not be held and the war must not be reported by a “journalist” which has not passed a basic training in reporting of war.
Categorically repellant questions are as follows:
- “Where are you being now? Please clarify your location”
- “Where are you going?”
- “What kind of weapons do you have?”
- “Who is with you?”
- “What are your plans?”
- “What is happening around you?”
- “What can you see from the window?” and others
I did my best to explain that all this is serving to one’s enemy, at least!
